Justin Loiacono

Real Estate has always been a passion of Justin’s since his early days of cutting grass and painting his father’s apartment projects in small town Wisconsin.  Prior to founding Harbor with Joon and Paul, Justin was a VP at BlackRock focused on acquisitions and asset management throughout the west coast.  When not sourcing new acquisition opportunities for Harbor, Justin enjoys playing beach volleyball and an active lifestyle.

Joon Choi

Joon works to create environments that inspire innovation, whether it’s creative office or charter schools.  He turns the cool office space images he sees into a reality at Harbor.  When not working on office developments, Joon volunteers to open up new charter schools.  He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, so he knows how to work hard, but on vacation, you might spot him dancing hard at beach clubs around the world.

Paul Miszkowicz

Paul lives for finding ‘diamond in the rough’ office buildings that have unique architectural features and charm. Prior to founding Harbor, Paul held acquisition roles with AEW Capital Management, Bixby Land Company and The Bascom Group. When he is not looking for new opportunities to grow the Harbor portfolio, you can often find Paul watching COPS on television, listening to house music, or relaxing at a beachside bar.
